Our RESTAURANT is our crowning glory.

In the best tradition of our most illustrious citizen, Gioachino Rossini, great composer and lover of excellent cuisine, our dishes will be for you a symphony of flavours and colours, respecting the most ancient and noble of culinary traditions that will capture the palates of old and young alike. Everything here is homemade, including the pasta, as it used to be once upon a time, just as we like it ...

We will greet you in the morning with an unfailing smile and our delicious continental buffet breakfast served on the terrace. A triumph of tastes, sweet homemade temptations will whet your appetite, and those who prefer savoury snacks can choose between cheeses, hams, fresh bread and much more!

Every day at lunch or dinner our chefs prepare three first and second courses from the best traditional regional recipes and from Italy. Choose between freshly caught fish from the Adriatic Sea, local meat and vegetarian dishes.
This is all accompanied by a vast and colourful buffet of seasonal salads, vegetables and appetizers.
Treat yourself to our dessert buffet: you can choose from a wide selection of cakes, pastries, bakery, and seasonal fruit accompanied by a delicious gelato if you wish.

Special evenings with exotic aperitifs, typical dishes and Gala dinners.

Out of respect for everybody, it is requested that guests wear appropriate clothing during meals, especially for dinner.

For our younger guests, our cooks will prepare meals following the instructions of their mothers.

Our wine cellar offers a wide choice of national and regional doc wines.
